SliceWorks was founded by the Scileppi brothers, whose background in Italian restaurants and East Coast pizza traditions inspired them to bring authentic New York–style pizza to Denver. After years of working in the restaurant industry and owning restaurants in New York and Connecticut, they opened the first SliceWorks location with a simple goal: serve great pizza using quality ingredients and time-tested recipes. What began as a neighborhood pizza shop quickly grew into a local favorite known for its big slices, bold flavors, and welcoming atmosphere.
